Speaker Profile:

Jenna Bidwell joined Carlson Dettmann Consulting (CDC) as a Consultant in 2014. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and CDC's team expert on engagement, performance and employee development. Jenna is especially equipped to facilitate team trainings and discussions on a myriad of topics including compensation, performance standards and expectation setting. Behind the scenes, Jenna manages CDC's public sector survey and internal data processes. She received her BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business with an emphasis in management and human resources and has over a decade of human resources experience working with both public and private organizations.
